本文首先分析了国际经济与贸易专业毕业生的就业形势以及对人才的要求状况,提出从优化课程体系、培养有产业特色、注重实践教育等方面入手改进国际贸易专业人才培养模式,以便适应新的经济形势对国贸人才的要求。

After analyzing the employment situation of international trade graduates and status of talent requirements, the paper proposes to improve the nurturing mode of international trade professionals from aspects such as optimizing course systems, fostering industrial characteristics, stressing practice-oriented education, etc. in order to make the international trade professionals meet the requirements demanded by new economic situations.
