合肥市社区卫生服务现状与对策研究

社区卫生服务经过十多年的发展,取得了令人高兴的成绩,但是,在发展过程中,经调研发现合肥社区卫生服务存在以下几点问题:社区卫生服务医疗团队整体素质较差;社区卫生服务的利用率不够;社区卫生服务的经费投入不足。其中,社区卫生服务的经费补偿机制不完善是最主要的问题。因此,完善经费补偿机制是社区卫生服务未来改革的主要方向。

Community health service has achieved good results after more than 10 years of development. However, in the process of development, the investigation shows the following problems on community health service in Hefei: The overall quality of medical team of community health service is poorer, the utilization rate of community health service is low, and the funds investment of community health service is insufficient. Among them, the incomplete funds compensation mechanism of community health service is the main problem. So, improving the funds compensation mechanism is the main direction for community health service in the future.
