高校辅导员要履行好'立德树人'的伟大使命,必须树立职业自信、地位自信、学术自信与价值自信。为了满足党和国家的期待、大学生的发展需求与辅导员'三化'发展需要,高校辅导员要提高自觉意识,增强理论自觉和角色自觉。

To fullfill the great mission of "morality education",university counselors must set up vocation confidence,status confidence,academy confidence and value confidence.In order to meet the anticipation of party and the state,the development demands of college students and counselors’"three forms" development needs,university counselors should improve the self-awareness,strengthen theoretical consciousness and role consciousness.
