湘习近平总书记7月26日在省部级主要领导干部专题研讨班重要讲话中,提出了'进行伟大斗争、建设伟大工程、推进伟大事业、实现伟大梦想'这一重要论述(简称'四个伟大')。它不仅是对十八大以来党带领全国人民进行发展中国特色社会理论体系的概括与回顾,更是迎接党的十九大胜利召开的动员令与宣言书,具有丰富的时代意涵。因此,深刻理解'四个伟大'重要论述从以下几个方面把握:'进行伟大斗争'是勇气,需要我们敢于直面挑战,勇于化解各类矛盾;'建设伟大工程'是基石,需要我们坚持党的领导,不断加强党的建设;'推进伟大事业'是旗帜,需要我们坚持走中国特色社会主义道路,协调推进'四个全面'建设;'实现伟大梦想'是目标,需要我们凝聚改革共识,为实现'中国梦'而不懈奋斗。

In his keynote speech to the leading cadres at provincial and ministerial level on July 26, Xi Jin-ping presented the important "Four Great" Thought, that is "fighting a great fight, building a great project, promoting a great cause, achieving great dreams". It is not only a summary and a review of CPC uniting with and leading the Chinese people to develop the theory of socialism with Chinese characteristics, but also a mobilization order and declaration to greet the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China. The Four Great Thought carries with rich connotation. To be specific, fighting a great fight is courage, which means that we should be courageous to figure out any questions and be courageous to face any challenges. Building a great project is the cornerstone, which means that we should adhere to the leadership of the CPC and continually enhance the Party building. Promoting a great cause is the banner, which means that we should adhere to the road of building socialism with Chinese characteristics and promote four comprehensives construction. Achieving great dreams is the aim, which means that we should have constant consensus and strive to fulfill the Chinese dream of the great renewal of the Chinese nation.
