西部少数民族地区高等职业教育发展的SWOT分析及其策略

SWOT Analysis and Strategies of the Development of Higher Vocational Education in the Western Minority Areas

西部民族地区高等职业教育的发展是其经济社会发展的内在要求,是西部大开发深入推进和现代化建设的人力资源保证。当前该区域以中等职业教育发展为主,高等职业教育研究相对不足,本文以SWOT为分析模型,明确西部少数民族地区高等职业教育发展愿景,分析其内外部环境,针对其现状提出相应的整合思路。

The development of Higher Vocational Education in the western minority areas is the inner demand of the economic and social development,and the guarantee of human resources for the advance of the western development and the modernization construction.At present the region focuses on the development of secondary occupation education,and the research on the higher occupation education is not sufficient.Based on the SWOT analysis,this paper confirms the development visions of higher occupation education in the western minority areas and puts forward the corresponding integration thought according to the current situation after analysis of its internal and external environment.
