基于超效率DEA的湖南省城市经济发展质量评价

Quality Analysis of Hunan’s Economic Development Based on Super Efficiency DEA

超效率DEA能克服传统DEA中同时出现多个有效情况时无法对评价单元作进一步评判的缺陷,能够对多个有效的评价单元进行更细致的分析和排序,提高了决策的分辨力。文中运用超效率DEA方法对湖南省主要城市经济发展质量和效益进行了评价,取得了较好的效果,对传统DEA方法评价8个经济发展效益指数同时为1城市,进行了进一步评判,分出了高低。结果表明,湖南大部分城市经济发展质量和效益较好,这为保证湖南省经济高质量发展奠定了坚实的基础。

The super efficiency DEA can overcome the defects that the evaluation unit cannot be further judged when having multiple effective conditions.It can make more detailed analysis and sorting of several effective evaluation units and improve the resolution of the decision.The super efficiency DEA is applied to evaluate the economic development quality and benefit of some cities in Hunan province and has satisfactory results.It has a deep evaluation and a rank by means of eight benefit indexes in traditional DEA to evaluate a city.The results show that most of Hunan cities have better economic development quality and benefit,which lays a solid foundation for the high quality development of Hunan province.
