摘要
在联盟企业中,技术创新成为企业竞争力的主流,但是影响企业技术创新意愿的因素有很多,大部分学者都是从客观因素研究的较多,文章主要从成员主观的冲突心理角度来研究,因此文章以冲突理论为基础,研究联盟企业成员的冲突对技术创新意愿的影响。文章假设了任务冲突、关系冲突、过程冲突分别对技术创新意愿的影响,并构建了影响技术创新意愿的概念模型。然后通过问卷调查,利用SPSS进行因子分析和回归分析。研究结果表明:只有任务冲突能促进企业的技术创新意愿,关系冲突和过程冲突没有正向的影响作用。最后,针对管理者对冲突的管理方法提出了建议。
In the alliance enterprises,technological innovation has become the mainstream of enterprise competitiveness,but there are many factors influencing the willingness of enterprises to technological innovation.Most scholars have studied more from objective factors.The article mainly studies from the members’subjective conflict psychology.Therefore,based on the conflict theory,the article studies the impact of conflicts among members of the alliance on the willingness to technological innovation,assumes the impact of task conflicts,relationship conflicts,and process conflicts on the willingness to technological innovation,and constructs a conceptual model that affects the willingness of technological innovation.Through questionnaire survey,using SPSS for factor analysis and regression analysis.The results show that only task conflicts can promote the company's willingness to technological innovation and that relationship conflicts and process conflicts have no positive impact.Finally,the methods for management of conflicts are put forward.
