As we know,library is one of the three pillars in universities,the second schoolroom of students’learning and an academic institution serving for teaching and scientific research.The paper explores the problems about the construction of literature resources of library in private colleges and universities and proposes effective measures to strengthen and improve the construction of literature resources in private colleges and universities.
