安徽科技创新与经济发展的互动关系研究——基于PVAR模型的实证分析

Study on the Interactive Relationship Between Scientific and Technological Innovation and Economic Development in Anhui Province——an empirical analysis based on PVAR Model

安徽是科技大省,两年来大力实施创新驱动发展战略,加快打造创新型省份,科技创新对安徽经济发展起到越来越重要的作用。通过理论探究科技创新与经济发展的关系,指出两者互相促进,互为因果。并利用2010—2017年安徽省16地市的面板数据,建立PVAR计量模型,实证分析了安徽科技创新与经济发展的互促作用。研究发现,经济发展对科技创新具有一定的促进作用,但是长期来看影响不确定;而科技创新对经济发展具有一定的滞后性,但是长期来看,对经济发展具有明显的促进作用。

As a big province of science and technology,innovation-driven development strategy has been vigorously implemented to speed up the creation of innovative provinces in the past two years for Anhui Province.Science and technology innovation has played an increasingly important role in the economic development in Anhui Province.Through the theoretical exploration of the relationship between scientific and technological innovation and economic development,it is pointed out that they promote each other and affect each other.Based on the panel data from 2010 to 2017 of 16 cities in Anhui Province,the PVAR econometric model is established,and the interaction between scientific and technological innovation and economic development is empirically analyzed.It is found that the economic development plays a certain role in promoting scientific and technological innovation,but in the long run the influence is uncertain.Nevertheless,the scientific and technological innovation has a certain lag on the economic development.But in the long term,it has obvious promoting effect on the economic development.
