藏药木藤蓼乙醇提取物镇痛抗炎及抗高尿酸血症作用的研究 被引量:3

摘要 为研究藏药木藤蓼醇提取物的镇痛、抗炎及抗高尿酸血症作用,采用经典疼痛动物模型小鼠热板法及小鼠醋酸扭体法评价藏药木藤蓼的镇痛作用;通过二甲苯致小鼠耳廓肿胀法和蛋清致大鼠足趾肿胀观察木藤蓼的抗炎作用;以氧嗪酸钾诱导产生高尿酸血症的小鼠模型为基础,通过SUA及XOD检测试剂盒检测木藤蓼对高尿酸血症小鼠血清中尿酸(SUA)含量、黄嘌呤氧化酶(XOD)含量的影响。结果显示藏药木藤蓼醇提物明显减少醋酸致小鼠扭体反应次数,且各剂量组能显著延长小鼠热痛阈值;对二甲苯引起的小鼠耳廓肿胀和蛋清致大鼠足趾的肿胀均有明显的抑制作用,并可有效降低模型小鼠血清尿酸水平。由此可见藏药木藤蓼醇提物具有镇痛抗炎及抗高尿酸血症作用。 To study the overall analgesic,anti-inflammatory,anti-hyperuricemia effect of Polygonum aubertii,in this work,we evaluated the analgesic effect of Polygonum aubertii with the animal model of classic pain and the hot plate method as well as mouse acetic acid writhing method at first.The anti-inflammatory effect was examined by observing the auricular swelling of xylene induced mouse auricles and egg-induced rat’s toe swelling.The mouse model of hyperuricemia was induced by oteracil potassium,through SUA and XOD detection kit.The concentrations of hyperuricemia(SUA)and XOD oxidase(XOD)in the serum of hyperuricemia mice were detected.Our results show that the Polygonum aubertii significantly reduces the number of writhing reactions induced by acetic acid in mice,and each dose group can significantly prolong the heat pain threshold in mice.Xylene induced mouse ear swelling and egg white induced rat toe swelling were significantly inhibited.It can effectively reduce the level of serum uric acid in model mice with substantial differences.Based on the results from this study,one can conclude that Polygonum aubertii is effective as analgesia,anti-inflammatory,and anti-hyperuricemia medicine.
