摘要
为了拓宽橡胶骨料混凝土在桥面的应用,保证桥面的抗氯盐侵蚀性能和抗冲击性能,提高桥面耐久性,取0、3%、6%、9%、12%和15%六种不同掺量的橡胶颗粒替代等体积的砂制成橡胶骨料混凝土试件,并研究了其抗氯离子渗透性能及抗冲击性能。试验结果表明,橡胶颗粒能有效改善混凝土的抗氯离子渗透性,电通量随着橡胶颗粒掺量的增多而降低;橡胶骨料混凝土初裂和终裂次数具有很好的线性相关性,且掺加了橡胶颗粒的混凝土抗冲击性均优于基准混凝土,随着橡胶颗粒掺量的增多,混凝土的抗冲击性能也逐渐增强。
In order to expand the application of rubber aggregate concrete in bridge deck, the anti-chloride and anti-impact performance of bridge deck are guaranteed, and the durability of bridge deck is improved, rubber particles are used to replace equal volume sand with 6 different contents of 0, 3%, 6%, 9%, 12% and 15% to make rubber aggregate concrete specimens. The chloride ion permeation resistance and impact resistance of the specimens were studied. The test shows that rubber particles can improve the chloride ion permeability of concrete to a certain extent, and the electric flux decreases with the increase of rubber particles content. There is a good linear correlation between the number of initial cracks and the number of final cracks of rubber aggregate concrete, and its impact resistance is better than that of reference concrete with the increase of rubber content, the impact resistance of concrete also increases gradually.
