摘要
主要探究了五种不同预处理方法对轻骨料混凝土物理力学性能和热工性能的影响,并应用SEM观察预处理后过渡区界面的微观结构,研究了产生性能差异的原因。结果表明:预处理方法不同会对陶粒混凝土造成两种不同的破坏形式;与未处理相比,经预湿处理24 h的陶粒配置的混凝土可以提高混凝土抗压强度,表观密度降低了6.3%,且导热系数相对最小;经预处理后的陶粒制备混凝土会增加混凝土强度和质量损失率,并降低混凝土抗冻性能;SEM结果表明,陶粒预湿24 h处理配制的陶粒混凝土,陶粒与水泥石界面区结构致密,黏结较好,能够有效提高混凝土强度。
The effects of five different pretreatment methods on the physical and mechanical properties and thermal properties of lightweight aggregate concrete were investigated. The microstructure of the interface in the transition zone after pretreatment was observed by SEM, and the reasons for the difference in performance was analyzed. The results show that the ceramsite concrete failure includes two forms of bond failure and splitting failure. The the compressive strength of concrete prepared by pre-wetting ceramsite for 24 h is higer than that of concrete prepared by untreated ceramsite, and the apparent density is reduced by 6.3% compared with the concrete prepared with untreated ceramsite, and the thermal conductivity is relatively minimum.The results of 25 freeze-thaw cycles show that the compressive strength loss rate and mass loss rate are the smallest and the frost resistance is the best. SEM observation shows that the ceramsite concrete prepared by pre-wetting ceramsite for 24 hours has a dense structure and good bond between ceramsite and cement stone,which could effectively improve the concrete strength.
