摘要
结合道床板裂缝开展情况的调研,分析了无砟轨道板裂缝病害的特征及诱发原因。在考虑裂缝宽度、长度等特征的基础上改善了原有损伤等级判定的单一指标,提出了混凝土开裂区域裂缝加权总宽度的概念,并以此作为评定道床板混凝土开裂情况和损伤等级的判定标准,以期更好地对道床板的开裂情况和损伤等级进行评定。此外,从设计和施工两方面分别阐述了道床板开裂的预防措施,并对已开裂需进行修补的裂缝按照道床板裂缝损伤等级给出了相适用的修补材料和修补措施。
Based on the investigation of the crack development of the track bed in the field, the characteristics and causes of the cracks in the ballastless track plate are expounded. On the basis of considering the characteristics of crack width and length, the single index of original damage grade is improved. The weighted total width of cracks in the cracking area of concrete is added as a criterion for evaluating the cracking and damage grade of the concrete bed board, which can better evaluate the cracking and damage grade of the bed board. In addition, the precautions for the cracking of the track bed are expounded from the aspects of design and construction, and the relevant repair materials and repairing measures are put forward according to the crack damage grade of the track bed.
