摘要
玄武岩纤维筋(BFRP)是一种新型工程材料,在道路等混凝土工程方面逐步得到应用。采用玄武岩纤维筋代替钢筋是研究工作新方向。本文研究了玄武岩筋及网片对砂浆、混凝土早期收缩性能的影响。结果表明,在水泥砂浆中设置玄武岩纤维筋,对材料在硬化过程中的早期收缩具有抑制作用,设置的玄武岩筋单筋直径越大,水泥砂浆棱柱体的收缩程度越小;设置玄武岩纤维筋网可有效抑制混凝土的早期收缩应变,在纤维筋直径相同的情况下,纤维筋网格尺寸的间隔越小,板材的收缩越小,其抗裂性能越好。采用玄武岩纤维筋网作为混凝土保护层增强材料可有效提高保护层的抗裂性能。
As a new kind of engineering material,basalt fiber reinforced polymer(BFRP)is gradually applied in concrete projects such as roads.It is a new research direction that using BFRP as reinforcing bars could solve the durability of reinforced concrete structure under corrosive environment.The restrain effect of BFRP and BFRP mesh on the early shrinkage of mortar and concrete was studied.The results show that the early shrinkage largely reduces when BFRP is setted in mortar prism and concrete plate.The larger the diameter of the single basalt bars will lead to the smaller the shrinkage of the cement mortar prism.In the same diameter of BFRP,the smaller the mesh size interval will lead to the smaller shrinkage,and the crack resistance of concrete plate is improved.Using BFRP mesh as reinforced material would effectively improve the crack resistance of concrete protective layer.
