认知负荷理论及其对物理教学设计的启示 被引量:3

摘要 认知负荷理论的提出回答了为何基于学习过程和学习者已有知识结构进行教学设计之后,在复杂学习中学生还是会遇到认知困难。认知负荷可分为内在认知负荷、外在认知负荷和关联认知负荷三类,降低外在认知负荷可促进学习质量和效率,这对物理教学设计有启示作用。
