职前物理教师专业品性发展研究

摘要 教师专业品性是指教师在对待学生、家长、同事和社会的行为中产生影响的价值观、责任感和职业道德。为了探索职前物理教师专业品性的发展情况,以自编量表为测试工具,选取185名大一至大四的物理学专业师范生进行测试,结果表明:①四个年级的专业品性得分有明显差异,大四年级的整体发展现状优于其它年级;②专业品性的发展没有明显的性别差异。
