尉氏县农村流动人口艾滋病知识、行为现状及影响因素分析

Analysis on influencing factors, knowledge status and behavior of AIDS among rural migrants in Weishi

目的研究农村流动人口的艾滋病知识掌握程度、行为现状以及相关的影响因素,为制定合理的艾滋病防控策略提供依据。方法采用多阶段随机抽样的方法选取300名尉氏县农村流动人口为调查对象,发放《艾滋病综合防治示范区基线调查及国家级示范区规模试点现场工作手册》问卷,统计艾滋病相关知识的知晓情况、性行为现状,并对影响该病知识知晓率的因素进行Logistic回归分析。结果尉氏县农村流动人口的艾滋病知识知晓率为55.67%,存在婚外性行为、性行为中坚持使用安全套以及做过HIV抗体检测的人数所占比例分别为10.33%、35.67%、10.67%;文化程度是尉氏县农村流动人口AIDS知识知晓率的促进因素,文化程度越高,艾滋病知识知晓率越高(P<0.05)。结论尉氏县农村流动人口的艾滋病知识知晓水平较低,相关行为现状较差。文化程度是该病知识知晓率的促进因素,应注重农村流动人口的艾滋病知识宣传,降低感染风险。

Objective To study the level of AIDS knowledge, behaviors, and related influencing factors among rural floating populations in order to provide a good reference for the development of reasonable AIDS prevention and control strategies. Methods A total of 300 rural migrants in Weishi County were selected for the survey using multi-stage random sampling methods. The questionnaires for Baseline Survey of AIDS Prevention and Control Demonstration Zones and National Demonstration Zone Scale Pilot Site Work Manual were issued. Statistics on the status of AIDS-related knowledge and status of sexual behaviors, and Logistic regression analysis of single factors and multi-factors on the factors affecting the awareness of AIDS knowledge were analyzed. Results The awareness rate of AIDS knowledge among rural floating population in Weishi was 55.67 %. The proportion of people who had extramarital sex behavior, persisting in the use of condoms and had HIV antibody testing were 10.33 %, 35.67 %, and 10.67 % respectively. Education level was the factor that promoted the awareness of AIDS knowledge among rural floating population in Weishi. The higher the education level, the higher the awareness rate of AIDS knowledge(P<0.05). Conclusions The rural migrants in Weishi County have low level of AIDS knowledge and the status of relevant behaviors is poor. The education level is the promoting factor of the awareness rate of ADIS knowledge. It should pay attention to the AIDS knowledge propaganda of rural floating population and reduce the risk of infection.
