佳木斯市某汽车服务有限公司维修车间职业病危害现状调查

目的了解佳木斯市某汽车服务有限公司维修车间职业病危害现状,为制定职业病防治措施提供依据。方法通过现场调查和职业卫生学调查,了解该公司在汽车维修过程中产生的主要职业病危害因素,并对作业场所职业病危害因素进行检测、分析和讨论。结果该维修车间存在的职业病危害因素为:电焊烟尘、砂轮磨尘、一氧化碳、臭氧、一氧化氮、二氧化氮、苯、甲苯、二甲苯、乙酸乙酯、乙酸丁酯、甲醛、溶剂汽油和噪声。检测结果显示,喷漆单元的二甲苯浓度超过国家标准,其他各岗位的职业病危害因素浓度(强度)均符合《工作场所有害因素职业接触限值》的要求。结论在维持现有职业卫生防护措施的基础上,对通风排毒设施应加以改进,争取将职业病危害的风险降到最低。

Objective To investigation on status of occupational hazards in the maintenance shop of a automobile service co.LTD.of Jiamusi City,offer the guidance for the making of the occupational disease protective measure.Methods A comprehensive of the occupational hazards factors in the course of vehicle maintenance and repair was obtained by the methods of field investigiation and occupational health investigiation.Then detection, analysis and discussion of the occupational hazards factors in the workplace were carried out.Results The occupational hazards factors in the maintenance shop were weding fume-dust,grinding wheel dust,carbonic oxide,ozone,nitric oxide,nitrogen dioxide,benzene,methylbenzene,xylene,ethyl acetate,butyl acetate,formaldehyde,gasoline and noise.Except the concentration of xylene in paiting workshop exceeded the standard,the other results of occupational hazards meet the national standards.Conclusions Ventilation and detoxification facilities should be improved to reduce the risk of the occupational hazards base on the existing occupational health protective measure.
