2016年1~4月乌兰察布市流感病毒分离鉴定结果分析

摘要 目的分析2016年乌兰察布市流感病原学分离鉴定结果,进一步加强本市流感监测工作,探索流感病毒的流行与变异情况,为本市未来的流感防控工作提供准确的理论依据。方法 2016年1月~4月哨点医院送检的流感样病例(ILI)患者咽拭子标本,接种MDCK细胞分离培养,采用血凝抑制方法(HAI),鉴定流感病毒的型别和亚型。结果共检测ILI咽拭子标本294份,分离出32株流感病毒,阳性率为10.88%,其中A型H3N2亚型2株,新甲H1N1型4株,B型Yamagata系6株,B型Victoria系20株。结论 2016年1月~4月乌兰察布市流感病毒不同毒株型交替出现,优势毒株为B型Victoria系。这也是乌兰察布市首次利用细胞培养技术成功分离出流感病毒毒株,为本市传染病防控工作提供了新的技术支撑。 Objective To analyze the results of the pathogen isolation and identification of influenza virus in wulanchabu in 2016,to further strengthen the influenza surveillance in city, to explore the epidemic and mutation of influenza virus,and to provide accurate theoretical basis for prevention and control of influenza in the future.Methods The throat swab specimen of influenza-like illness(ILI) cases were collected in sentinel hospitals in 1~4 2016,and the MDCK cells were isolated and cultured. The type of the virus separation liquid was identified by blood coagulation inhibition test( HAI). Results 294 ILI pharyngeal swab specimens were detected,and 32 strains of influenza virus were isolated. The positive rate was 10.88 %,including 2 strains of subtype A( H3 N2), 4 strains of subtype A( H1 N1),6 strains of subtype B( Yamagata),20 strains of subtype B(Victoria). Conclusions The different subtypes appeared alternately from January to April of 2016,and type BV was the dominant strains.This is the first time in Wulanchabu City, the use of cell culture technology to successfully isolate the influenza virus strains, and provide new technical support for the prevention and control of influenza.
