随着社会的急剧变迁,城乡居民健康行为和疾病模式发生了实质性变化,某些危险因素增加了慢性病发生的相对危险度,慢性病对人健康的危害加剧且呈现年轻化趋势,研究慢性病具有重要的理论与现实意义。本文从健康管理理论视角出发,系统梳理了慢性病建构过程中社会问题及其文化意义,旨在阐明健康管理是建构人生进程、社会经济发展和健康公平的途径,进而对防治慢性病的认识和把握提供一个新的学术视角。

With the rapid social changes, people’s health behavior and disease patterns have changed substantially and some risk factors increased relative risk of chronic disease. Chronic disease’harm to human health is increasing and presents a trend of young, so study of chronic diseases is of important theoretical and practical significance. This article elaborated prominent social problems in the construction of chronic disease and its cultural significance, from the perspective of health management, aimed to elucidate that health management was a way to construct life process,develop social economy and promote health fair, so as to provide a new academic perspective for the understand and grasp of the prevent and control of chronic disease.
