手足口病预防中现代预防手段的效果观察

The effect of modern preventive measures in the prevention of hand-foot-mouth disease

目的探讨手足口病预防中现代预防手段的效果。方法选取东莞市谢岗镇2016年1月至2017年12月400例儿童作为研究对象,数字随机抽取分成观察组与对照组,对照组采用手足口病常规预防方法,观察组在对照组基础上予以现代预防手段,观察两组儿童家长对手足口病预防知识的了解程度及疾病发生率。结果观察组儿童家长对手足口病预防基础知识、传播途径、预防手段以及专业知识等了解程度的评分均明显高于对照组(t值分别为9.623、8.561、10.581、6.452,P均<0.05);观察组儿童未发生手足口病,对照组手足口病发生率为3.00%,两组差异有统计学意义(χ~2=6.091,P<0.05)。结论现代预防手段可明显增强儿童家长对于手足口病的了解,对预防手足口病具有重要临床价值。

Objective To investigate the effect of modern preventive measures in the prevention of hand-foot-mouth disease.Methods A total of 400 children were selected from January 2016 to December 2017 in Xiaogang Town of Dongguan City were selected as the research objects.The numbers were randomly divided into observation group and control group.The control group used conventional hand-foot-mouth disease prevention methods.The observation group was given modern prevention measures based on the control group.Parents’knowledge of the prevention of footmouth disease prevention and the incidence of disease.Results Parents in the observation group scored significantly higher on the knowledge of prevention,knowledge,ways of transmission,prevention and professional knowledge of hand foot mouth disease.(t:9.623、8.561、10.581、6.452,P<0.05).There was no hand foot and mouth disease in the observation group,and the incidence of hand foot and mouth disease in the control group was 3%,and the two groups were significantly different(χ~2=6.091,P<0.05).Conclusion Modern preventive measures can significantly enhance children’s parents’understanding of hand-foot-mouth disease and have important clinical value in the prevention of hand-foot-mouth disease.
