Degradation of Waste Water with Hg/nano-TiO_2 Electrode

摘要 目的:采用电化学方法,实现废水中有机污染物的降解。方法:用电沉积法制备高活性钛基纳米TiO2电极,以具有代表性的酸性铬蓝K为降解对象,探讨降解率的影响因素。结果:随着电解时间的增加,降解率逐渐增大;当电流增大到20mA时,降解率不随电流增大而显著增大;通入氧气明显增大降解率;溶液pH为7时,降解率最大;降解率随支持电解质浓度增大到13.34g/L后无明显变化。结论:电化学方法具有氧化降解能力强、不产生二次污染等优点,为有机污染废水的治理提供了新技术。 Objective The degradation of organic contamination in waste water was successfully carried out with electrochemical methods.Methods We prepared highly active nano-TiO2 coating with titanium electrode with electro-deposition method.By taking acid chrome blue K as the research object,factors influencing the degradation ratio were examined.Results The degradation ratio increased with the increase of electrolytic time and leveled off when the current increased to 20 mA;the addition of oxygen could distinctly increase the degradation ratio;the degradation ratio came to the maximum at pH 7.0 and it presented unobvious change when the concentration of support electrolyte increased to 13.34g/L.Conclusion The electrochemical technique has advantages in its strong oxidative degradation capability and being free of secondary contamination,and this is a novel technique for the administration of organic contamination in waste water.
