液基薄层细胞学联合阴道镜在子宫颈病变筛查中的应用价值 被引量:6

摘要 目的:评价液基薄层细胞学联合阴道镜在子宫颈病变中的应用价值。方法:分析2009年6月~2013年6月在我院进行液基薄层细胞学及阴道镜检查的573例患者结果,与病理结果进行对比研究。结果:279例实验组(LPT联用阴道镜组)病理学结果:阴性者为115例,阳性者164例(CIN I 86例,CIN II 61例,CIN III 17例),组织学阳性检出率为58.78%(164/279)。294例对照组(直接阴道镜+活检)病理学结果:阴性者为225例,阳性者69例(CIN I 35例,CIN II 29例,CIN III 5例),组织学阳性检出率为23.47%(69/294)。结论:液基薄层细胞学检查联合阴道镜检可提高子宫颈病变的早期诊断率。 Objective To evaluate the application value of combination LPT with digital colposcopy in diag-nosing of cervical lesions. Methods The data of 573 cases with cervical lesions diagnosed by digital col-poscopy and LPT was analyzed by reference to the gold standard of histopathology. Results The result of 279 cases of experimental group (TCT and colposcopy group):The negative of 115 cases, The positive of 164 cases (CIN I 86 cases,CIN II 61 cases,CIN III 17 cases).Histological positive rate is 58.78%(164/279).The result of 294 cases of control group (colposcopy group and biopsy):The negative of 225 cases, The positive of 69 cases(CIN I 35 cases,CIN II 29 cases,CIN III 5 cases).Histological positive rate is 23.47%(69/294). Conclusion The combi-nation of LPT and biopsy by colposcopy can promote early diagnosis of the cervical lesions.
