肺癌患者化疗前后血清ES和CYFRA21-1改变的临床意义

Clinical significance of measurement the changes of serum ES and CYFRA21-1 levels both before and after themotherapy in patients with lung cancer

目的:探讨血清ES和CYFRA21-1在肺癌患者血清中的水平及其在预后上的意义。方法:分别用电化学发光免疫学分析法和ELISA法对96例肺癌患者化疗前后及100例健康人血清中的ES和CYFRA21-1含量进行测定。结果:肺癌患者血清中的ES和CYFRA21-1水平明显高于健康对照组,化疗后两者水平均显不同程度的下降。结论:血清ES和CYFRA21-1的测定对肺癌患者化疗后的病情评估预后判断有一定的临床意义。

Objective To evaluate the serum level of endostatin (ES) and CYFRA21-1 in patients with Lung cancer before and after cancer themotherapy and research its clinical applications. Methods The levels of ES and CYFRA21-1 were measured in 96 patients with pulmonary cancinoma before and after chemotherapy on 21th days and 100 healthy persons as controls, using chemolumin escence and ELISA methods respectively. Results The serum levels of ES and CYFRA21-1 in the cancer patients group were significantly higher than those healthy people.The amounts of ES and CYFRA21-1 in serum of lung cancer patients after chemotherapy were decreased. Conclusion The test on ES and CYFRA21-1 in serum of patients with lung cancer after chemotherapy has some clinical applications in disease evaluation and diagnosis judge.
