置双J管术对盆腔恶性肿瘤继发输尿管梗阻性肾衰竭疗效观察

Eeffect of transureteroscope set double J tube surgery for pelvic malignancies in patients with renal failure secondary to ureteral obstruction

目的:探讨盆腔恶性肿瘤继发输尿管梗阻性肾衰竭的处理方法及疗效。方法:对30例盆腔恶性肿瘤继发输尿管梗阻性肾衰竭的患者,采用经输尿管镜置双J管内引流术,观察肾功能恢复及并发症发生情况。结果:30例均置管成功,且顺利度过多尿期,其中23例肾功能完全恢复正常,7例明显改善,无严重并发症。结论:双J管内引流术是处理晚期盆腔恶性肿瘤继发输尿管梗阻性肾衰竭较为理想的方法,值得临床应用。

Objective To investigate pelvic malignant ureteral obstruction secondary to treatment of renal failure and efficacy. Methods 30 cases of ureteral obstruction secondary to pelvic malignancies in patients with renal failure, using Transureteroscope set of double J tube drainage was observed recovery of renal function and occurrence of complications. Results 30 patients were catheter successfully and smoothly through the polyuria phase, of which 23 cases of renal function returned to normal, 7 cases improved significantly, with no serious complications. Conclusion Double J tube internal drainage is to deal with advanced pelvic malignancies renal failure secondary to ureteral obstruction ideal method, worthy of clinical application.
