白介素11联合地塞米松治疗急性放射性口腔炎的临床观察 被引量:8

摘要 目的:观察白细胞介素11联合地塞米松治疗急性放射性口腔炎的疗效。方法:将92例放疗过程中出现了三级放射性口腔炎的鼻咽癌患者随机分为试验组和对照组各46例,试验组予以白细胞介素11溶液联合地塞米松溶液交替含漱,对照组则用地塞米松溶液含漱及抗生素静滴,每日对口腔溃疡及疼痛的程度进行评估。结果:试验组的溃疡愈合有效率为93.4%,疼痛减轻的有效率为95.7%,而对照组则为81.4%和84.8%,两组数据有统计学差异。结论:白细胞介素11联合地塞米松含漱治疗放射性口腔炎疗效较好,可减少抗生素的使用。 Objective To observe the clinical effect of IL-11 combined with DXM in the treatment of acute radiation-induced oral mucositis. Methods A total of 92 patients with grade third radiation-induced oral mu-cositis were divided randomly into two groups: The test group and control group of each 46 patients. Patients in the test group received oral care with IL-11 solution and DXM solution alternating, and the control group re-ceived oral care with DXM and the treatment of infusion of antibiotics. Evaluate the degree of uicer and pain each day. Results The efficiency of ulcer healing was 93.4% in the test group, pain relief was 95.7%, the control group was 81.4%and 84.8%respectively. The data of the two groups had significant difference. Conclusion The clinical effect of IL-11 combined with DXM in the treatment of radiation-induced oral mucositis is better, the use of antibiotics can be reduced.
