P波离散度与踝臂脉搏波传导速度的相关性分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探讨踝臂脉搏波传导速度(baPWV)与P波离散度的关系。方法:根据动脉硬化仪检查结果将167例患者分为动脉硬化组(baPWV≥1400cm/s)和对照组(baPWV<1400cm/s),根据每份心电图Ⅻ导联测得的P波间期计算P波离散度(Pd)。全部研究对象均测血压、ABI。结果:两组间比较,收缩压、舒张压、脉压差、吸烟人数及服用他汀类药物人数存在差异;动脉硬化组P波离散度数值较正常对照组大;Pearson相关性分析结果显示,baPWV与Pd相关,且差异有统计学意义。结论:baPWV与Pd呈正相关,baPWV可能对房性心律失常有一定的预测作用。 Objective To study the association between brachial ankle pulse wave velocity( baPWV) and Pwave dispersion( Pd). Methods 167patients were divided into 2 groups according to baPWV: baPWV≥1400cm /s and baPWV < 1400cm /s. P-wave interval was measured in each lead of standard Ⅻ-lead ECGs and the Pd was calculated. Their blood pressure( including systolic pressure,diastolic blood pressure) were measured. Results( 1) The comparison between the two groups,There were statistically significance in aspects of systolic pressure,diastolic blood pressure,pulse pressure,the number of smoker,and the mumber of people who took statins.( 2)Compared with PWV < 1400cm /s group,P-wave dispersion increased significantly in PWV≥1400cm /s group with statistically significance.( 3) Pearson correlation analysis showed that the baPWV was positively correlated with Pd,P < 0. 05. Conclusion There is a significant positive association between baPWV and Pd,baPWV may be of predictive value to atrial arrhythmia.
