机械通气中呼气末正压对中心静脉压的影响

The Influence of Positive End Expiratory Pressure on Central Venous Pressure when Mechanical Ventilation

目的:探讨机械通气患者呼气末正压(PEEP)对中心静脉压(CVP)的影响。方法:对60例机械通气病人测定在不同水平的PEEP(0、3、6、9和12cmH2O)共5个水平条件下中心静脉压的变化。结果:CVP值随着PEEP值的增加而升高,CVP值的变化与PEEP值的变化呈显著正相关,结论:PEEP对CVP有明显影响,观察CVP值的动态变化趋势是使用CVP指导液体治疗的重要因素之一。

Objective To evaluate the effect of various positive end expirtory pressure( PEEP) levels on central venous pressure( CVP) in patients with mechanical ventilation. Methods 60 patients were enrolled in study with MV and CVP were obtained simultaneously under at various PEEP levels of 0、3、6、9and 12cmH2 O Results The CVP value got an increase with a rise of PEEP. The CVP value was positive correlated with PEEP.Conclusion PEEP has much effect on CVP. The use of CVP to guide fluid therapy is the key to the observed CVP dynamic change trend.
