S100B蛋白和血清NSE在新生儿胆红素脑损伤早期诊断中的意义

The Early Diagnosis of S100B and NSE in Newborn with Bilirubin Brain Injury

目的:探讨在早期采用S100B蛋白和NSE在判断新生儿时期胆红素脑损伤方面的临床意义。方法:分析2012年2月至2013年8月100例在我院接受治疗的高胆红素血症患儿的临床资料,并选取不伴有黄疸的正常足月新生儿80例作为对照组。比较观察组和对照组新生儿的一般资料、TSB、NSE、S100B水平差异,以及BAEP正常组与异常组新生儿的TSB、NSE、S100B水平差异,并对观察组患儿的TSB与NSE、S100B行相关性分析。结果:本研究共纳入研究对象180例,其中观察组患儿100例,正常新生儿80例。观察组患儿的TSB、NSE、S100B水平均显著高于对照组(P均<0.01);BAEP正常组患儿的NSE(t=6.500,P<0.01)、S100B(t=6.929,P<0.01)水平显著低于BAEP异常组患儿,而TSB无显著性差异(P>0.05);NSE(r=0.563,P=0.012)、S100B(r=0.432,P=0.009)均与TSB呈现明显正相关的关系。结论:S100B蛋白及血清NSE可以作为胆红素脑损伤的早期的敏感指标。

Objective Our retrospective study was aimed to analyze the early diagnosis of S100 B and NSE in newborn with bilirubin brain injury. Methods Clinical data of newborn patients with bilirubin brain injury received treatment at our hospital from 2012 to 2013 was retrospectively analyzed with 100 newborn with bilirubin brain injury as the observe group and 80 normal newborn as the control group. The general information,the level of TSB,NSE and S100 B between two groups was analyzed. The level of TSB,NSE and S100 B between normal BAEP group and abnormal BAEP group was also compared. The correlation of TSB with the level of NSE and S100 B was also analyzed. Results A total of 180 patients were retrospective analyzed,including 100 in observe group and 80 in control group. The level of TSB,NSE and S100 B in observed therapy group was significantly higher than that in the control group. The level of TSB,NSE and S100 B in normal BAEP group was significantly lower than that in the abnormal BAEP group. The level of TSB had a positive correlation with BSE and S100 B. Conclusion The level of BSE and S100 B could be the early sensitive indicator for bilirubin brain injury.
