摘要
目的:探讨颌间牵引钉牵引与坚固内固定治疗下颌骨骨折的临床疗效。方法:选取63例下颌骨骨折病人,均行小型钛板内固定术,术后32例行牵引钉颌间牵引1~2周。结果:单发性骨折试验组与对照组术后愈合无差异,多发性骨折有差异(P<0.05)。结论:多发性骨折坚固内固定术后应行颌间牵引,比单纯使用坚固内固定术有更明显的治疗效果。
Objective To study the clinical effect of intermaxillary traction by titanium screw implantation and rigid internal fixation in treating mandible fracture. Methods 63 patients with mandibular fracture were performed titanium miniplate fixation via intraoral incision. 32 patients were performed intermaxillary traction by titanium screw implantation for one to two weeks after operation. Results There is no significant difference in treating group and control group in singal fracture,two groups have significant difference in multiple fractures( P < 0. 05).Conclusion Intermaxillary traction by titanium screw implantation and rigid internal fixation in treating multiple mandible fractures is better than simply use rigid internal fixation.
