超远端交锁髓内钉固定与钢板内固定治疗胫骨远端干骺端骨折疗效比较

Efficacy Comparison Between Super Distal End Interlocking Intramedullary Nail Fixation and Internal Fixation of Steel Plate in Treating Metaphysic Fracture of Tibia Distal End

目的:比较超远端交锁髓内钉固定与微创钢板内固定在治疗胫骨远端干骺端骨折中的临床效果。方法:选取2010年1月~2013年1月来我院进行胫骨骨折治疗的19例患者为研究对象,将所有患者分为观察组与对照组,观察组10例。对照组9例。观察组给予超远端交锁髓内钉内固定术,对照组给予经皮微创钢板内固定术,比较两组患者经治疗后的临床效果及术后并发症。结果:观察组术中出血、手术时间均少于对照组,踝关节评分高于对照组,组间差异具有统计学意义。观察组总有效比例、透视次数、骨折愈合时间、踝关节最大背伸度与对照组相比无显著差异,组间差异无统计学意义。结论:超远端交锁髓内钉治疗胫骨远端干骺端骨折具有创伤小、固定可靠、疗效佳的优点,值得临床推广使用。

Objective To compare clinical curative efficacies of super distal end interlocking intramedullary nailfixationintreatingmetaphysicfractureoftibiadistalend.Methods 19patientsadmittedbythisHospital from January, 2010 to January, 2013 suffering from tibial fractures as research subjects, all patients were divided into the treatment group and the control group with 10 case in the observation and 9 cases in the control group ac-cording to different methods of operations. Patients in the treatment group were subject to super distal end interloc-king intramedullary nail fixation, patients in the control group were subject to percutaneous minimally invasive plate fixation, and clinical efficacies after treatment and postoperative complications of patients in two groups were com -pared. Results Both intra-operative bleeding and operation duration of patients in the observation group were less than that of patients in the control group, the ankle scoring of patients in the observation group was higher than that of patients in the control group, the inter-group difference was statistically significant, there was no significant differences in total effective rate, perspective times, fracture healing time, most back elongation of ankle of patients in two groups.Conclusion Super distal end interlocking intramedullary nailing in treating metaphysic fracture of tibial distal end is provided strengths including minor trauma, fixed, reliable and good efficacy, clinically being worthy of promotion.
