血塞通联合依达拉奉治疗脑梗塞患者的临床疗效分析

Clinical Curative Effect Observation of Sanqi Panax Notoginseng Injection and Edaravone Injection in the Treatment of Cerebral Infarction Patients

目的:探讨利用血塞通联合依达拉奉对脑梗塞患者开展治疗的临床效果。方法:选取我院收治的脑梗塞患者90例,随机分为两组各45例,对照组患者开展单纯依达拉奉的药物治疗,观察组患者开展血塞通与依达拉奉的联合治疗,比较两组患者的血液流变学指标、神经功能缺损情况及临床疗效。结果:治疗后,两组患者的血液流变学指标均有所改善,与对照组相比较,观察组的改善更显著;治疗前两组患者的神经功能缺损评分无差异,治疗1周后与2周后观察组患者的评分结果显著高于对照组;观察组患者临床总有效率显著高于对照组。结论:对脑梗塞患者开展血塞通与依达拉奉的联合治疗,能够改善患者的神经损伤情况,具有确切的临床效果,同时无严重的毒副作用,值得推广。

Objective To investigate the use of adr mentioned blood plug through joint to carry out the clini-cal effect of treatment in patients with cerebral infarction .Methods select 90 cases of cerebral infarction patients , randomly divided into two groups ,the control group with pure with edaravone in drug therapy , the observation group of patients in blood plug and with edaravone in combination therapy , compared index of blood rheology of patients , nerve function defect situation and clinical efficacy of two groups .Results After treatment, The blood rheology in-dexes of two groups were improved , compared with control group , the observation group improved more significant-ly;Two groups of patients before treatment of neural function defect scale was not difference , after treatment for 1 week and 2 weeks later , the observation group of patients with the scores was higher than that of control group;Ob-servation group of patients clinical total effective rate was higher than control group .Conclusion In patients with cerebral infarction in blood plug and with edaravone in combination therapy , can improve the patient''s nerve dam-age, has definite clinical effect, at the same time, no serious side effects, worthy of promotion.
