正常人肝叶斜矢状面轴线测量、体积测量及两者间的相关性研究

The research of correlation in the measurement of hepatic lobes' axis in oblique sagittal planes and volume in normal people

摘要 目的 :探讨从肝叶斜矢状面轴线测量的方法来了解肝脏形态学的变化特点,并借此论证肝叶斜矢状面轴线测量法评价肝脏形态学改变的可行性。方法 :对30例正常成年人肝脏行CT容积扫描,分别行右叶、方叶、左外叶上、左外叶下长轴斜矢状面重建,并测量各斜矢状面长轴及短轴的长度;分别测量右叶、方叶、左外叶、尾状叶的体积大小,并分析各斜矢状面长轴与短轴长度与其所在肝叶体积大小的相关性。结果 :肝右叶、方叶、左外叶体积分别与肝右叶、方叶、左外叶下长轴斜矢状面长轴、短轴间存在正相关关系,且轴线测量法与体积测量法之间无统计学差异。结论 :正常人右叶、方叶、左外叶下长轴斜矢状面长轴与短轴大小与所在肝叶体积之间有明显的相关性,而且呈正相关,表明各叶长轴斜矢状面长轴、短轴的变化能够反应所在肝叶的体积变化。 Objective To investigate the measurement of hepatic lobes’ axis in oblique sagittal planes and the variation of liver morphological, explore the feasibility of the method to evaluate the variation of liver morphological. Methods A volume CT scan was performed in 30 health adults, reconstructed oblique sagittal planes in macroaxises of hepatic right lobe、quadrate lobe、left outer upper and inferior lobe and measured the macroaxis and brachyaxis respectively; measured the volume of hepatic right lobe、quadrate lobe、left outer lobe and caudate lobe and analysised the correlation of macroaxis、brachyaxis and volume of each oblique sections. Results The volume of right lobe、quadrate lobe、left outer lobe and the macroaxis and brachyaxis of oblique sagittal plane in right lobe、quadrate lobe、and left outer inferior lobe was direct correlation,the measurement of hepatic lobes’ axis between volume calculation had no statistical significance.Conclusion Among health adults, the macroaxis and brachyaxis of oblique sagittal plane in macroaxises of right lobe、quadrate lobe、and left outer inferior lobe and the volume of right lobe、quadrate lobe and left outer lobe was direct correlation,which indicated that the variation of macroaxis and brachyaxis in each oblique sagittal planes could respond the variation of volume in each lobes.
