血清尿酸、胱抑素C在冠心病患者中的表达及意义分析 被引量:8

摘要 目的 :探讨血清尿酸与胱抑素C在冠心病患者中的临床表达以及检测价值。方法 :选取本院2012年8月~2014年8月收治的冠心病患者116例作为观察组,并以同期在本院开展体检的57例健康成人作为对照组。观察组患者中分别依据病变支数、疾病类型以及冠脉狭窄程度进行不同组别划分,采用全自动生化仪完成血清尿酸与胱抑素C的临床检验,再将上述结果均开展统计学比较分析。结果 :冠心病患者的尿酸与胱抑素C水平均显著高于对照组,具有统计学意义,且伴随疾病病变程度的提升两项指标均呈现出上升趋势。结论 :临床检测血清尿酸与胱抑素C对冠心病具有良好的诊断评估价值,两项指标与病情程度均具正相关性,亦可作为病情预测指标。 Objective To investigate the clinical expression of serum uric and cystatin C in the coronary heart disease patients and the detection value. Methods 116 cases of coronary heart patients in our hospital from August 2012 to August 2014 were selected as the observation group, and another 57 cases of adults conducted medical examination in our hospital at the same time were selected as the control group. The observation group patients were divided according to the lesion count, disease type and severity of coronary artery stenosis, and the clinical detection of serum uric and cystatin C were conducted with automatic biochemical analyzer, thus these results were statistically compared and analyzed. Results Both of the serum uric and cystatin C of coronary heart disease patents were significantly higher than those of the control group, with statistical significance, and these two factors would increase with the lifting of disease severity. Conclusion The clinical detection of serum uric and cystatin C have good diagnostic and evaluated value, these two indicators are positively correlated with the disease degree, which can also be used as a predictor of the disease.
