盐酸左氧氟沙星对盆腔炎的临床疗效探讨

A clinical observation of therapeutic effect of L-ofloxacin for pelvic inflammation

目的 :观察分析临床上盐酸左氧氟沙星治疗盆腔炎的效果。方法 :观察对象为我院诊治的117例盆腔炎患者,依计算器随机数法随机分为治疗组和对照组,前者选用盐酸左氧氟沙星0.2 g静滴2次/d,后者给予氧氟沙星0.4 g静滴2次/d。观察比较疼痛缓解情况及阴道分泌物等临床表现改善状况。结果 :观察得1个疗程后,两组患者均有疗效,比较两组间临床症状改善的有效率,治疗组与对照组下腹痛改善的有效率之差为22.89%,附件压痛的有效率之差为29.21%,阴道分泌物异常的有效率之差为32.62%,两组间临床症状改善有效率差异显著,P<0.05,有统计学意义。结论 :相较于氧氟沙星,盐酸左氧氟沙星的诊治效果佳、患者恢复情况好。

Objective To observe clinical therapeutic effect of L-ofloxacin hydrochloride for pelvic inflammation. Methods 117 patients with pelvic inflammation who were diagnosed and treated in our hospital were divided into two groups randomly in random number method by calculator:treatment group(n=57) and control group(n=60). 57 patients in the treatment group received intravenous drop of 0.2 g of L-ofloxacin hydrochloride two times a day, and other 60 patients received intravenous drop of 0.4 g of ofloxacin two times a day. Relief in lower abdominal pain and decrement in vaginal secretion of the patients in the two groups were observed and compared. Results After one course of treatment, clinical symptoms and signs of the patients in both groups were improved at varied degrees: the difference in effective rate for lower abdominal pain between the two groups was 22.89%, the difference in effective rate for adnexal tenderness(compression pain)between the two groups was 29.21%,and the difference in effective rate for vaginal secretion between the two groups was 32,62%, in effective rates for different clinical symptoms and signs there was a significant difference between the two groups. The total effective rate of L-ofloxacin hydrochloride for pelvic inflammation of patients in the treatment group(92.98%) was significantly higher than that in the control group(61.67%) and there was a significant difference between the two groups. Conclusion Compared with ofloxacin, the therapeutic effect of L-ofloxacin hydrochloride for pelvic inflammation is better.
