女性盆底功能障碍治疗中盆底重建术应用的价值及效果分析

Analysis of application value and effectiveness of basin reconstruction in the treatment of female pelvic floor dysfunction

目的 :分析女性盆底功能障碍治疗中盆底重建术的应用价值及效果。方法 :运用随机抽样的方法选取我院妇产科2013年1月~2014年9月收治的80例女性盆底功能障碍患者,依据治疗方法将这些患者分为研究组(n=40)和对照组(n=40)。给予对照组患者传统手术治疗,给予研究组患者盆底重建术治疗。结果 :研究组患者的手术时间、尿管留置时间、住院时间均显著短于对照组,术中出血量显著少于对照组,术后12个月的治愈率显著高于对照组,复发率显著低于对照组,术后1、6、12个月的PFDI-20评分均显著低于对照组。结论 :女性盆底功能障碍治疗中盆底重建术具有较高的应用价值,效果显著。

Objective To analyze the application value and effectiveness of basin reconstruction in the treatment of female pelvic floor dysfunction. Methods 80 cases of female pelvic floor dysfunction patients who were treated in Obstetrics and Gynecology of our hospital from January 2013 to September 2014 were selected by random sampling method, they were divided into study group(n = 40) and control group(n = 40) according to the treatment methods. The control group were given traditional surgical treatment, while the study group were given pelvic floor reconstruction treatment. Results The operative time, indwelling catheter time and hospital stay of the study group were significantly shorter, the blood loss was significantly less, the cure rate after 12 months was significantly higher, the recurrence rate was significantly lower, the PFDI-20 scores after 1,6,12 months were significantly lower than the control group. Conclusion Basin reconstruction has higher value in the treatment of female pelvic floor dysfunction, the effect is significant.
