摘要
目的 :完善益肾通络方的质量标准。方法 :采用高效液相色谱法对方中的二苯乙烯苷进行定量分析,色谱条件:以乙腈-水(25︰75)为流动相,流速1.0m L/min,检测波长320nm。结果 :对二苯乙烯苷含量测定方法进行了稳定性、精密度及重复性等方法学考察,结果符合要求。复方中二苯乙烯苷含量为0.0926mg/g。结论 :方法简便易操作,结果准确可靠、重现性好,可作为本复方的质量控制方法。
Objective To supplement the quality standard of Yishentongluo Compound. Methods Stilbene glucoside in the compound was determined by HPLC with acetonitrile-water(25:75) as the mobile phase at a flow rate of 1.0m L/min, and the detection wave length was 320 nm. Results The stability, precision and reproducibility of the determined method were studied and appeared ideal. The content of stilbene glucoside in Yishentongluo Compound was 0.0926mg/g. Conclusion The method is simple and easy to handle, and the results are reliable and accurate, which can be applied as the quality control method of Yishentongluo Compound.
