手术内固定对创伤性连枷胸患者呼吸功能的影响 被引量:3

摘要 目的 :探讨手术内固定在创伤性连枷胸患者呼吸功能康复中的临床价值。方法 :将我院胸外科收治128例创伤性连枷胸患者随机分为两组,观察组采用手术内固定治疗,对照组采用保守治疗,对比两组患者的呼吸功能恢复情况。结果 :观察组患者的住院时间、ICU时间、机械通气时间显著短于对照组,FEV1、MMC、FVC明显优于对照组,胸廓畸形和呼吸系统并发症发生率明显低于对照组。结论 :手术内固定在促进创伤性连枷胸患者的呼吸功能恢复方面的效果突出,具有很高的临床应用价值。 Objective To explore the clinical value of operative fixation in the recovery of respiratory function of patients with traumatic flail chest. Methods 128 patients with traumatic flail chest who got medical treatment in our hospital were divided into two groups, observation group was cured with e operative fixation, while control group was treated with conventional conservative treatment, the recovery of respiratory function of these two groups were compared after treatment. Results Hospital stays, time in ICU and mechanical ventilation time of observation group were significantly shorter than control group, FEV1, MMC, FVC were significantly better than control group, thoracic deformity and respiratory complications rate were significantly lower than control group. Conclusion Operative fixation has a prominent effect in promoting the recovery of respiratory function of patients with traumatic flail chest, it has high application clinical value in treating traumatic flail chest.
