联合干扰素γ和沐舒坦雾化吸入治疗慢性支气管炎急性发作的价值研究

Study on the value of treatment of acute attack of chronic bronchitis combined with interferon gamma and Mucosolvan aerosol inhalation

目的 :对联合干扰素γ和沐舒坦雾化吸入治疗慢性支气管炎急性发作的临床疗效进行研究与分析,证实其临床价值。方法 :选取我院在2011年12月-2013年12月期间治疗的118例慢性支气管加重期患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组59例,研究用氧启动雾化吸入进行治疗。对照组治疗运用沐舒坦雾化液,观察组联合用干扰素γ和沐舒坦雾化液予以治疗。对两组治疗后的疗效、依从性、症状、体征及消退时间等数据进行比较。结果 :对照组研究对象显效28例,有效19例,无效12例,总有效率为79.7%;观察组研究对象显效34例,有效22例,无效3例,总有效率为94.9%,明显高于对照组的79.7%,且差异显著;在症状和体征消退时间及治疗依从性比较中,观察组也明显优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义。结论 :运用氧启动雾化吸入联合干扰素γ和沐舒坦治疗慢性支气管炎急性发作具有良好的疗效,能够缩短症状消退时间,提高患者治疗依从性,适合临床推广应用。

Objective In combination with interferon and clinical therapeutic effect of aerosol inhalation of ambroxol treatment of acute exacerbation of chronic bronchitis are research and analysis, confirmed the clinical value. Methods chronic bronchial 118 cases in our hospital during 2011 December December-2013 treatment of exacerbation of patients as the research object, randomly divided into observation group and control group, 59 cases in each group, were treated by oxygen startup atomization inhalation study. The control group treatment with ambroxol atomization of liquid, the observation group in combination with interferon gamma and ambroxol atomization treatment. In effect, the two groups after treatment compliance and symptoms and signs time data comparison. Results in the observation group, the object of study 34 cases markedly effective, effective 22 cases, invalid 3 cases, the total effective rate was 94.9%, significantly higher than 79.7% in the control group, and the difference was significant; symptoms and signs in the dissipated more time and treatment compliance, the observation group was significantly better than the control group, the difference was statistically significant. Conclusions the use of oxygen startup atomization inhalation of ambroxol combined with interferon gamma and has good curative effect in treating chronic bronchitis acute attack, can reduce the symptoms subside in time, and improve the patients compliance, suitable for clinical application.
