弓形动脉止血术对剖宫产术后子宫收缩乏力性出血的临床应用效果

Clinical application effect of arcuate artery hemostasis for uterine atony bleeding after cesarean

目的 :探讨弓形动脉止血术在剖宫产术后子宫收缩乏力性出血中的临床应用效果。方法 :选取剖宫产术中因子宫收缩乏力性出血的96例产妇,随机分为两组,研究组(n=48)采用弓形动脉止血术,对照组(n=48)采用常规药物预防止血、子宫动脉上行支结扎术、B-lynch缝合术进行止血处理,分析对比两组产妇的临床治疗情况。结果 :研究组显效率和总有效率均显著高于对照组;研究组平均手术时间明显缩短,出血量明显减少;研究组产妇术后左、右侧子宫动脉阻抗指数(RI)和性激素水平均未呈现出统计学差异。结论 :弓形动脉止血术对剖宫产术后子宫收缩乏力性出血的效果显著,适于产科临床应用和推广。

Objective To probe into the clinical application effect of arcuate artery hemostasis for uterine atony bleeding after cesarean. Methods 96 patients were divided into two groups by random. The study group(n=48) were treated with arcuate artery hemostasis. The control group(n=48) were treated with routine drugs to prevent bleeding, ascending uterine artery ligation and B-lynch suture hemostasis. The clinical improvements in two groups were compared. Results The ratios of significant efficiency and total effective of the study group were significantly higher than the control group. The operative time and the blood loss of the study group have significant different compared with the control group. The left and right uterine artery RI index and S/D index, and sex hormone levels were no statistical significantly between two groups. Conclusions Arcuate artery hemostasis has advantages in treating uterine atony bleeding after cesarean during the application process. It is suitable for obstetric clinical application and promotion.
