PCNA在颈动脉粥样硬化斑块形成血管中的表达

PCNA expression in vascular formation in carotid atherosclerotic plaque

目的 :探讨颈动脉粥样硬化斑块形成后血管内膜中PCNA的表达。方法 :我院2006年8月~2013年6月CEA术后血管内膜80例为实验组,对照组选取骨肿瘤截肢正常动脉血管内膜标本10例,对两组进行免疫组织化学染色,通过对阳性细胞数、着色强弱等指标的观察,对比两组间PCNA表达的阳性分级。结果 :实验组与对照组相比较,两组PCNA阳性分级对比具有显著性差异。结论 :PCNA的表达增强在颈动脉粥样硬化斑块形成过程中可促进血管平滑肌细胞增殖,为粥样硬化斑块形成的重要影响因子。

Objective To investigate the expression of PCNA after vascular intima of carotid atherosclerotic plaque.Methods In our hospital from 2006 August to 2013 June,42 cases of vascular intima after CEA as the experimental group,the control group selected endometrial specimens of bone tumor and normal amputation in 10 cases of arterial,immunohistochemical staining was performed on two groups,through the observation of the number of positive cells,coloring intensity index,the positive expression of PCNA than grade two between group.Results there was significant difference between the two groups of positive grading(P<0.05),indicating that the expression of PCNA in experimental group were higher than that of control group.Conclusion the increased expression of PCNA promotes the proliferation of vascular smooth muscle cells,play a role in the formation of carotid atherosclerotic plaque.
