翼管神经切断与下鼻甲粘膜下剥离治疗过敏性鼻炎的疗效观察

Observe the curative effect of the treatment of allergic rhinitis by cutting the wing tube nerve or stripping the inferior turbinate mucosa

目的 :探讨翼管神经切断与下鼻甲粘膜下剥离对过敏性鼻炎的的治疗效果。方法 :选取2011年5~2013年5月我院收治的过敏性鼻炎患者96例,将其随机分为A组与B组,每组48例,其中A组给予翼管神经切断的方式进行治疗,B组给予下鼻甲粘膜下剥离的方式进行治疗,然后观察两组患者的治疗效果以及不良反应。结果 :A组的临床总有效率为91.7%,B组临床总有效率为85.4%,两组间进行比较差异无统计学意义;但是,A组手术时间、术中出血量要明显的低于B组;术后随访1年,A组并发症发生率为6.3%明显低于B组的14.6%。结论:翼管神经切断与下鼻甲粘膜下剥离治疗过敏性鼻炎都具有较好的临床效果,但是与下鼻甲粘膜下剥离治疗方法比较,翼管神经切断方法疗效更佳,术后并发症发生率更低,并且安全可靠,值得在临床上推广与应用。

Objective Explore the curative effect of the treatment of allergic rhinitis by cutting the wing tube nerve or stripping the inferior turbinate mucosa.Methods We selected 96 cases of patients with allergic rhinitis who were come to our hospital for treatment at the time from May 2011 to May 2013,and then devided them into group A and group B with 48 cases of patients randomly.The group A was given the treatment of cutting of the wing tube nerve,and the group B was given the treatment of stripping the inferior turbinate mucosa,and then to observe the therapeutic effect of two groups of patients and adverse reactions.Results The clinical total effective rate of group A was 91.7%,and the clinical total effective rate of group B was 85.4%,the differences between the two groups is not significant,it have no statistical significance); But the operation time,intraoperative blood loss of group A significantly lower than that of group B,statistically significant difference between the two groups;Postoperative follow-up for 1 year,the complication rate of group A is 6.3%,group B is 14.6%,there ara significant differences between the two groups,it have statistically significant.Conclusion Both of the two ways of treatment such as cutting the wing tube nerve and stripping the inferior turbinate mucosa have a good clinical effect,but compare to the way of stripping the inferior turbinate mucosa,cutting the wing tube nerve must be much more better,and its incidence of complications was also much more lower and security,it was worth to be popularization and application widely in clinical application.
