极低出生体重儿早期足量静脉营养临床研究

The clinical research of early total vein nutrition in very low birth weight infants

目的 :探讨极低出生体重儿早期足量静脉营养的效果。方法 :选择我院儿科2008年1月至2011年12月收治的极低出生体重儿82例,随机分为2组。实验组45例,对照组37例,实验组予早期足量静脉养方案,对照组予传统的静脉营养方案。记录两组患儿恢复至出生体重时间、平均每日体重增长情况、达足量肠道喂养时间、住院时间、及相关合并症的发生率,对记录数据进行统计学分析。结果 :与对照组相比,实验组恢复至出生体重的时间、达足量喂养时间、住院时间短,平均每日体重的增长较多,差异有统计学意义;两组间均无静脉炎、血栓形成、高血脂、氮质血症及坏死性小肠结肠炎的发生。结论 :对极低出生体重儿应用早期足量静脉营养,体重增长快,达全胃肠喂养时间及住院时间缩短,且相关并发症的发生没有增加。

Objective To investigate the treatment effect of early sufficient vein nutrition in very low birth weight infants(VLBWI). Method 82 cases of the VLBWI in our Hospital from Jul. 2008 to Dec. 2011 were selected and randomly divided into two groups. The 45 cases in experimental group were treated with the method of early sufficient vein nutrition, while 37 cases in the control group were treated with the method of classic peripheral vein nutrition. Record the time of regaining the birth weight, the time of hospitalization, and the time required for total gastroenteric nutrition, the daily increase of the body weight in the two groups. The incidence rate of complications were observed and the statistical analysis was done. Result Campared with the control group, the time of regaining birth weight, the time of hospitalization,and the time required for total gastroenteric nutrition, and the average daily increase of body weight was higher, the difference was statistically significant. The two groups didn’t have phlebitis, thrombosis, hyperlipidemia, azotemia,necrotizing enterocolitis. Conclusion To the VLBWI, early sufficient vein nutrition can promote the increase of body weight, and the time of hospitalization, the time required for total gastroenteric nutrition were shorter. The complications were not increased.
