长沙市1403例体检人群同型半胱氨酸检测结果分析 被引量:6

摘要 目的 :调查长沙市体检人群血液同型半胱氨酸(Homocysteine,HCY)的含量,了解长沙市成人同型半胱氨酸(HCY)现状,为临床脑卒中研究及脑卒中防治提供数据参考。方法 :收集2014年1月至2014年9月长沙市中心医院18岁以上体检者血液标本共1403例,采用酶循环法测定体检者血液同型半胱氨酸(HCY)值,并对检测结果进行统计分析。结果 :同型半胱氨酸(HCY)男女均值分别为(17.54±7.95)umol/L、(12.10±4.20)umol/L,同一年龄组男性HCY均高于女性,男性不同年龄组的HCY差异无统计学意义,女性的HCY随着年龄加大而增加,男、女同型半胱氨酸(HCY)的异常检出率分别为54.98%、16.9%。结论 :长沙市成人同型半胱氨酸(HCY)检测结果不容乐观,异常检出率男性高于女性同年龄组;女性的HCY值随着年龄加大而增加,建议定期做同型半胱氨酸(HCY)的检测,做到早发现早预防脑卒中。 Objective To investigate the homocysteine(HCY) levels of healthy population in Changsha City, provide the reference for clinicalprevention and treatment for stroke in the local area. Methods 1403 adults’ clinical data of Health examination were collected from 2014 January to 2014 september in Changsha central hospital. The levels of Homocysteine were detected by circulating enzymatic method and results were conducted by statistical analysis. Results The mean HCY levels of men and women were(17.54+7.95) umol/L,(12.10+4.20) umol/L, respectively. the same age group of the levels of HCY in male were higher than that of in female, no significant differences in different age groups in male,the levels of HCY in female increased with age increasing, the detection rate of abnormal cysteine(HCY) of male and female is 54.98% and16.9%, respectively. Conclusions Adults’ are not optimistic status in Changsha City, all in a word, the abnormal homocysteine(HCY) levels in male were higher than that of in women; women’s HCY values increased with age increasing. Adults should be examined the levels of homocysteine(HCY) to prevent and discovery stroke in early phase.
