甲状腺肿瘤普外科微创手术治疗的临床观察

Clinical effect observation of general surgery minimally invasive surgery on treatment of thyroid tumor

目的 :探讨甲状腺肿瘤普外科微创手术治疗的临床效果。方法 :选取2012年1月份~2014年2月份入我院就诊的甲状腺肿瘤患者100例,随机分为观察组和对照组,各50例。观察组采取普外科微创手术治疗,对照组采取传统的手术治疗,分析比较两组患者治疗效果以及住院时间和并发症发生率情况。结果 :观察组患者治疗效果总有效率明显高于对照组,两组相比较差别具有统计学意义;观察组患者平均住院时间远短于对照组,且并发症发生率显著低于对照组,两组相比较差别均具有统计学意义。结论 :通过研究可知,甲状腺肿瘤的普外科微创手术治疗能有效提高患者的治疗效果,显著降低并发症发生率,缩短住院时间,对于患者的生活质量有一定的改善意义。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of general surgery minimally invasive surgery on treatment of thyroid tumor. Method Selected 100 patients with thyroid cancer who admitted in our hospital from 2012 January to 2014 February, they were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 50 cases in each group. Observation group were treated by minimally invasive operation in Department of general surgery, while control group adopted traditional operation treatment, compared two groups’ treatment effect, hospitalization time and incidence of complications. Results The total treatment efficiency of observation group was significantly higher than control group’s, the difference between two groups was statistically significant; The average hospitalization time of observation group was much shorter than control group, and the incidence of complications was significantly lower than control group, the difference between two groups was statistically significant. Conclusion After analyzing the study, general surgery minimally invasive surgery can improve the therapeutic effect on treatment of thyroid cancer, and can reduce the incidence of complications as well as shorten the hospitalization time, it has a certain significance for the improvement of the patients life quality.
