完壁式乳突根治与夹层鼓膜显微修复对慢性中耳炎的疗效

Curative effect of end wall radical mastoidectomy and sandwich method of microsurgical repair of tympanic membrane in the treatment of chronic otitis media

目的 :探索完壁式乳突根治联合夹层法鼓膜显微修复法对慢性中耳炎患者的临床疗效。方法 :选择2012年4月至2013年4月在我院接受手术治疗的慢性中耳炎患者95例(95耳)作为研究对象,根据手术方法分为两组,即观察组(45例)和对照组(50例),随访观察两组实施完壁式乳突根治联合夹层法鼓膜显微修复术后和开放式鼓室修复术患者纯音气导听阈的改变情况、两组骨导听阈的改变。结果 :两组在纯音气导听阈的改变方面对比,差异具有无统计学意义。两组在骨导听阈的改变方面对比,差异具有统计学意义。两组的随访情况相比,差异具有统计学意义。结论 :使用完璧式乳突根治术联合夹层法鼓膜显微修复术治疗慢性中耳炎疗效较好,值得推荐。

Objective To study curative effect analysis of end wall radical mastoidectomy and sandwich method of microsurgical repair of tympanic membrane in the treatment of patients with chronic otitis media. Methods Chose between April 2012 and April 2013 in our hospital with surgery treatment of 95 cases of patients with chronic otitis media(95 ears) as the research object. 95 cases of patients had 45 cases(45 ears) of chronic otitis media, was groupped into the observation group. Another 50 cases of cholesteatoma otitis media(50 ears) was groupped into the control group. Implementation of the two groups of patients with end wall radical mastoidectomy and sandwich method of microsurgical repair of tympanic membrane, compared two groups of pure tone air conduction audibility threshold change situation, the two groups of bone conduction audibility threshold change, comparison of two groups was evaluated. Results Two groups in the pure tone air conduction audibility threshold change in contrast, there was statistically significant difference. The two groups in the bone conduction audibility threshold change in contrast, there was statistically significant difference. Compared two groups of follow-up, there was statistically significant difference. Conclusion Use safely end wall radical mastoidectomy and sandwich method of microsurgical repair of tympanic membrane in the treatment of chronic otitis media, the curative effect is good, which is worth to recommend.
