冠心病患者血清高迁移率族蛋白1与冠状动脉侧支循环相关性分析

The relationship between HMGB1 and coronary collateral circulation in patients with severe coronary artery disease

目的 :探讨冠心病患者血清高迁移率族蛋白1(high mobiliTy group box 1,hmgB1)与冠状动脉侧支循环的相关性。方法：针对本单位近三年(2012年3月~2015年3月)55例冠状动脉严重狭窄的冠心病患者进行分析。根据冠状动脉造影结果,结合renTrop分级方法将冠状动脉侧支循环分为4级,其中0级组患者16例,1级组患者14例,2级组患者15例,3级组患者10例。采集55例患者的血清样品,采用酶联免疫吸附法检测其中高迁移率族蛋白1浓度。结果 :2级组和3级组患者的高迁移率族蛋白1浓度和冠状动脉侧支评分明显高于0级组患者的浓度,具有统计学意义;冠心病患者血清高迁移率族蛋白1与冠状动脉侧支分级具有良好的正相关。结论 :冠状动脉严重狭窄的冠心病患者的冠状动脉侧支循环形成越好,分级就越高,冠心病患者血清高迁移率族蛋白1与冠状动脉侧支循环具有良好的正相关性。

Objective To study the relationship between HMGB1 and coronary collateral circulation in patients with severe coro-coron artery disease. Methods Selected from March 2012 to March 2015, 55 cases of coronary artery patients with severe stenosis of ary heart disease were analyzed in our hospital, and according to the inspection results of coronary angiography, and according to Rentrop grade method coronary collateral circulation could be divided into rate 0 group( n=16) , rate 1 group (n= 14) , rate 2 group( n=15) and rate 3 group( n=10), 55 patients serum were collected and used enzyme-linked immunosorbent method to detect the con-centration of high mobility group protein 1. Results The high mobility group protein 1 concentration and coronary artery collateral of the level 2 group and level 3 group of patients were significantly higher than the concentration of the level 0 group , with statistical sig-nificance; Coronary heart disease (CHD) patients with serum high mobility group protein 1 and coronary collateral classification had a good positive correlation. Conclusion The coronary artery of patients with severe stenosis of coronary heart disease has the better coro-nary collateral circulation formation, then the classification is higher, coronary heart disease patients serum high mobility group protein 1 and coronary collateral circulation has a good correlation.
