糖尿病患者血清CA199水平与高敏C反应蛋白相关性

The correlation between Serum CA199 and high sensitivity C reactive proteinlevel in patients with diabetes

目的 :探讨糖尿病患者血清CA-199及高敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)水平及两者之间的相关性,评估其对糖尿病的诊断及预后判断价值。方法 :选取2011年1月-2013年12月我院接诊的165例糖尿病患者为观察组,均采用胰岛素皮下注射治疗,检测治疗前后患者血糖、CA-199和hs-CRP水平,选取同期在我院体检的健康者110例为对照组,分别检测血糖、CA-199和hs-CRP水平,并进行统计学分析。结果 :1糖尿病患者血糖浓度较正常人高,经治后血糖浓度下降明显,差异有统计学意义,P<0.05;2糖尿病患者血中CA-199与hs-CRP浓度明显高于健康组人员,治疗后两者浓度均下降明显,差异有统计学意义,P均<0.05;3 CA-199、hs-CRP和血糖之间相关系数为0.38,P<0.05,具有明显的相关性;CA-199、hs-CRP之间相关系数为0.57,P<0.05,均呈正相关关系。结论 :糖尿病患者血清CA-199及hs-CRP水平与血糖水平呈正相关关系,CA-199与hs-CRP这两项指标之间也呈正相关。

Objective To investigate the correlation between the level of serum CA-199 and high-sensitivity C-reactive beti ein (hs-CRP) in diabetics, and assess its diagnostic and prognostic value of diabetes. Methods Select 165 cases of dia-therc patients as the observation group from January 2011 to December 2013 in our hospital, they all used subcutaneous insulin apy, and measure the levels of blood glucose, CA-199, and hs-CRP before and after treatment, at the same time select 110 cases who are heath but go to examine their body in our hospital as the healthy control group, to detect the level of blood glucose, CA-than 199, and hs-CRP one by one ,and go statistical analysis. Results ① Blood glucose levels in diabetic patients with higher normal, the blood glucose concentration decreased significantly after treatment, the difference was statistically significant, P<0.05; ② Serum CA-199 and hs-CRP in patients with diabetes were significantly higher than the healthy group of people, both concentrations after treatment were significantly decreased, the difference was statistically significant, P<0.05;③ Among the CA-199、 hs-CRP and blood glucose ,the correlation coefficient is 0.38, P<0.05, they have a significant correlation; be-tween the CA-199 and hs-CRP the correlation coefficient is 0.57, P<0.05, showed a positive correlation. Conclusion The level of Serum CA-199、 hs-CRP and blood glucose in patients with diabetes were positively correlated, and also a positive cor-relation between the two indicators of CA-199 and hs-CRP.
