摘要
目的 :初步探讨KCTD10(potassium channel tetramerisation domain-containing 10)基因在神经胶质瘤中的表达及意义。方法 :收集人神经胶质瘤标本6例,同时收集正常脑组织标本2例,用免疫组化染色法检测KCTD10在这些标本中的表达情况。结果 :在6例人神经胶质瘤切片中均检测到KCTD10的高表达,而在2例正常脑组织中未检测到KCTD10的表达。结论 :KCTD10在人神经胶质瘤标本中表达水平较正常脑组织中明显增高,提示KCTD10可能在人神经胶质瘤的发生发展中起作用。
Objective To study the expression and significance of KCTD10 (potassium channel tetramerisation domain-containing 10) gene in gliomas. Methods Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of KCTD10 in 2 cases of normal brain tissue and 6 cases of gliomas. Results KCTD10 expression was not detected in 2 cases of normal brain tissue, while they were highly detected in all of the gliomas tissues. Conclusion KCTD10 showed a significantly higher expression in gliomas than in normal brain tissue, and it is suggested that KCTD10 may play an important role in gliomas.
