精神分裂症患者血清中犬尿氨酸及犬尿氨酸-3-单加氧酶浓度变化及临床意义 被引量:11

Determination and clinical significance of serum kynurenine and kynurenine 3-monooxygenase levels in schizophrenia

摘要 目的 :研究精神分裂症(Schizophrenia,SZ)患者血清犬尿氨酸(Kynurenine,KYN)及犬尿氨酸-3-单加氧酶(Kynurenine 3-Monooxygenase,KMO)的浓度变化及临床意义。方法 :采用酶联免疫吸附法检测55例SZ患者和33例正常对照(CTR)组血清中KYN和KMO浓度并计算KYN/KMO的比值。结果 :SZ患者血清KYN含量显著高于正常对照组;SZ患者血清KMO含量显著低于正常对照组;SZ组男性患者和CTR组男性对照血清KMO含量较同组内的女性显著降低;SZ组男性和女性患者血清KYN含量均显著高于相应的CTR组男性和女性对照;SZ组女性患者血清KMO含量较CTR组女性对照显著降低。结论 :血清KYN和KMO水平可为SZ的临床诊断和治疗提供实验依据。 Objective To investigate the clinical significance of serum kynurenine(KYN) and Kynurenine 3-Monooxygenase(KMO) in schizophrenia(SZ) by determining them in SZ patients and healthy controls(CTR). Methods The concentration of KYN and KMO in serum of SZ patients and CTR were measured by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA) and the KYN/KMO ratios were calculated. Results The KYN level in SZ patients were significantly higher than that in CTR, the KMO level in SZ patients were lower than that in CTR with significant difference, the concentration of KMO in male SZ patients and CTR were significantly lower than female in SZ patients and CTR, the concentration of KYN in male and female SZ patients were significantly higher than their counterparts in CTR, the concentration of KMO in female SZ patients were significantly lower than the female in CTR. Conclusion The serum KYN and KMO level will provide laboratory basis for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of SZ patients.
